School Policy

Inform the counter at least 1 day before your lesson, should you wish to cancel or reschedule the lesson. Notification must be made during our official operational hours. On-the-day lesson cancellation will result in the lesson still being charged as per normal. Should the instructor be unable to conduct lessons on the day, we will inform you at the earliest hour to either reschedule the lesson or to inform you about a change in instructor. We seek your understanding in this case.

LESSON SCHEDULING

Should you be unable to come for lessons regularly every week, we seek your understanding that we will be unable to reserve a fixed weekly timeslot for you. This is to allow us to be able to cater for those students who are able to commit to a regular schedule for a better learning experience.

SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

If a student is absent for 4 weeks or more without informing us, we will treat this as an indication that you would like to terminate your lessons. You will then need to re-enrol with us as a new student should you wish to return. We reserve the right to forfeit all lesson fees should a student is absent for more than 6 months.
